Yoshis come in many different colors but the first one that Mario befriended was green. Kind-hearted, protective and always hungry... especially if there are snacks. Yoshis can flap their legs to jump really high. They also have extremely long tongues that they use to catch everything from fruit to enemies. Anything swallowed comes out as eggs that can be thrown away.
