Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon is a Nintendo DS remake of Japans original Famicom console Fire Emblem game, set in the swords-and-sorcery fantasy land of Archanea. Through dual-screen display and touchscreen controls, players follow the adventures of a brave young prince in exile, and lead a small team of heroes in turn-based battles of magic and metal across grid-lined battlefields. Different characters have different strengths and weaknesses in their speed, attacks, and defence, leading to fresh and engaging tactical considerations in each new battle.
