State of Emergency 2 is the sequel to Rockstars 2002 street fighter.

Set ten years after Part One, the game promises more game modes, a new game engine and an extensive arsenal of weapons. Players also have the option to drive vehicles, there are improved audience movements, with more enemies on the screen at the same time.
