In Killing Floor 2, players must step out into a Europe where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotechs failed experiment is spreading with unstoppable force, essentially paralyzing the European Union - Just one month after the pivotal events of the original Killing Floor, there specimen clones everywhere and civilization is in chaos. All communications are broken, governments have collapsed and military forces have been annihilated. The people of Europe know very well how to survive and take care of themselves, and those who were lucky and survived stay hidden. However, not everyone has given up hope... A group of civilians and mercenaries have banded together to fight the outbreak and have set up privately funded bases of operations around Europe. Tracking down outbreaks of specimen clones, players must enter zed-infested danger zones and exterminate them.
