Based on The Lord of the Rings motion picture trilogy, LEGO® The Lord of the Rings follows the original storylines of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, taking players through the epic story events reimagined with the humor and endless variety of LEGO play. Trusted with the dangerous task to destroy an ancient magical ring that threatens all that is good, Frodo is forced to leave his peaceful home. But the ring wants to be found and the road to Mount Doom, the only place where it can be destroyed, will be perilous and riddled with Orcs and fouler things. To help Frodo, a Fellowship is formed -Aragorn the Ranger, Gandalf the Wizard, Legolas the Elf, Gimli the Dwarf, Boromir a Man of Gondor, and Frodos Hobbit friends Sam, Merry and Pippin. Players relive the legend through the LEGO minifigures, as they explore wonders, solve timeless riddles, and overcome endless foes in their quest to destroy the Ring.

Jag råkade vinna det här spelet i en tävling och eftersom att jag gillade Lego-spel och Lord of the Rings sen tidigare så visste jag att jag skulle tycka om det här spelet.
Av mig får spelet 4/5.
I det här spelet får du spela igenom trilogin och spela som bland annat Frodo, Gandalf och Legolas.
Till skillnad från de flesta av Lego-spelen så har det här spelet röstskådespelare och en öppen värld att spela igenom. Detta gör att spelet känns större än de andra spelen.
Jag tyckte om Playstation Vita versionen av spelet, till viss del. Jag hade spelat igenom Playstation 3 versionen innan och tänkte att de två versionerna skulle vara exakt likadana, men de var de tyvärr inte.
Playstation 3 versionen hade bättre grafik och vissa av banorna i Playstation Vita versionen var väldigt annorlunda, de kändes sämre upplagda. Så om du inte vet vilken version du ska skaffa så rekommenderar jag Playstation 3 versionen i första hand. Om du däremot vill ha spelet till handhållen konsol så är Playstation Vita versionen ett värt inköp.
Om du tycker om Lord of the Rings eller Lego så måste du ge det här spelet en chans. Det finns otroligt många olika saker att göra och upptäcka och spelet har dessutom högt omspelsvärde. Du kan även spela spelet tillsammans med andra kompisar online.
